Product owner for an enterprise software tool that integrates with 8 data sources to track and analyze customer opportunities and outcomes across global labs. During my tenure, I increased user adoption by 40%, improved data consistency across applications, and strengthened data security to protect customer IP. Further, I also launched a global Data Management platform across 7 sites to securely manage digital assets.

I led three key projects on the Data Connections team: conducted user research to understand end-user pain points, developed a product roadmap focused on improving Identity Resolution, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to launch a data tracking feature with Time-To-Live (TTL) capabilities—enabling customers to set custom data retention periods.

We developed and validated a gamified solution through three user surveys using mockups and prototypes. The success of this initiative led to hiring a full-time Product Manager to explore this opportunity.

Worked on Object Detection Algorithms and maintained a Machine Learning pipeline that detected and counted objects in an image. Further, I automated the process of detecting and flagging fake images, saving 800 man-hours annually. To improve the quality of data used in our ML models - I led the identification, adoption and documentation of a new annotation tool speeding up the process by 99%.
